Container moisture-barrier bag

In marine transportation, the temperature of day and night in the container has big difference. Some chemicals, medicines, food, fruits and vegetables, beverages and feeds are very sensitive to temperature changes. Long-term alternating cooling and heating can easily deteriorate the product or shorten product guarantee period.

 

Container thermal insulation liner bag designed per three elements of heat transfer is made of aluminum foil and multi-layer insulation material through special process, which can reduce container internal temperature to a certain extent, maintain temperature balance, and reduce adverse effect of temperature difference on product. Meanwhile, its good barrier properties can reduce the immersion of water vapor and salt, thus reduce the risk of moisture and mildew of the product.

 

Three elements of heat transfer: Heat radiation, heat conduction, heat convection

  1. The aluminum foil layer on the surface of container liner bag can reflect off more than 95% of solar radiation through the top of the container.

  2. Specially designed installation structure makes a certain gap between container liner bag and the top of the container, which can reduce heat conduction.

 3. Aluminum foil and multi-layer materials composite, it thus has good barrier properties and can reduce the entry of water vapor and heat.
